Access.it – Accountability for Assets
Automatic issue and return of valuables made easy! The Access.it solution provides secure storage and accountability for assets utilizing a Keypad and optional card reader interfaced to secure electronic storage lockers. Access.it’s easy to use, web-based software allows for self- service pick up and return of items based on one in/one out, or lockers can be assigned to be accessed by a single or multiple authorized users. Access.it provides real time transaction logging. Managing access, monitoring and tracking of activity can be accomplished through the remote web-interface. For systems used for delivery, a courier mode allows a courier to open all compartment doors simultaneously for faster stocking. Generate transaction reports based on your parameters to give you a complete audit trail for full accountability.
Easy-to-use
The Access.it System is operated with a Keypad and/or card reader. Self-service pick up can be offered 24/7 depending on location. The Keypad is available in sleek touchscreen for indoor use or our ultra-durable standard stainless steel LCD keypad ideal for outdoor covered area use. Our optional card reader offers an additional layer of security, utilizing Smart and Proximity Cards - Common Access Card (CAC) and MIFARE technology compatible. After a user has been identified, the corresponding locker will be electronically unlocked.
Modular Expandable Locker Design
Size and arrangement of the lockers is optimized for daily use. Choose from Electronic Access Cabinets, Electronic Modular Access Units or Electronic Evidence Lockers. Many combinations are possible in order to accommodate user needs initially and as they change over time. The design is smart and flexible, so the system can be installed in any architectural environment. Pass-thru option available for all electronic locker models to be easily built into wall. Available in a wide variety of color options to suit decor.
